Hi Joanne,just to say how we enjoyed our holiday in your caravan, there was plenty to do and see we could not get it in a full day so we divided the park in two, did one half one day, second half the next day. The animals were great some of the diners were dear but we found a couple of decent one's we had a good meal in the steak house, plenty on your plate, we also visited EDEN CAMP and the NORTH YORKSHIRE MOORS RAILWAY .

This caravan is absolutely perfect. It is spotless, comfortable, spacious and home from home. It is situated in a perfect place on the site not far from all the amenities but just far enough so if you feel like a quiet night you cannot hear the nightlife at the club. The owner, Joanne is very sincere and makes sure that your stay is a happy one with no problems. I would certainly use this caravan again and recommend it to all who are thinking of taking the perfect stress free - yet fun filled break.

Caravan was immaculately clean and tidy, very well equipped with everything from a hoover to a tin opener. Ample heating in all bedrooms and throughout the van. Full size cooker with grill and hob. Caravan is situated very near shop and theme park. Would definately recommend and use again Thanks x

Booked a short Easter break with Joanne who made the whole process stress free. The booking process was easy, all questions were answered and deposit returned quickly. The time we were there was one of the coldest on record, which worked to our benefit as there were no queues!! and it did not stop us having a brilliant time. I would highly recommend the Zoo safari but is best to book as soon as you book with Joanne. The caravan is a short walk away (not even 5 minutes) from the park but in a nice quiet spot. It was spotlessly clean with the use of a playstation. There were plenty of DVD's to watch if you are not too tired!! There is all the kitchen equipment needed. I would recommend any of my family and friends to book with Joanne as her approach and friendliness is second to none. Once again, thankyou Joanne for a fab time.

We found the caravan very easy to access, the entrance staff were very helpful and gave us good directions to the caravan they were very fast in sorting out details and providing us with wristbands. On getting to the caravan everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, was like being at home! Had everything you would need even a slow cooker and George Foreman Grill which were all in excellent condition. The bedrooms were good sized and had cupboard space, my 2 young children were amazed that they could have a room each as I only expected a Master and a double room, was very pleased with all the space and found the caravan comfortable. As we stayed in October/November it was quite cold, the caravan however was very warm as there was a plug in radiator and heaters in all rooms! The caravan was perfectly located, a few minutes walk to the gym, swimming, shop, club and theme park! Booking was simple, 1 quick phone call and a couple of Emails and we were done. Overall I would say everything about Joanne and her caravan were fantastic, she answered any questions we had and was happy to get back to you straight away. I am already looking at dates for next year as me and my family had such an amazing time!! Thanks again Joanne!!! X

We recently stayed at Flamingo Land on a weekend break. The caravan was lovely, clean, tidy with lots of added extras such as play station to keep kids entertained on an evening....and heating. We have rented from large companies in the past thinking we would be looked after but come away feeling let down, and have never used their services again, but I would certainly use these again and would recommend to anyone else. The booking of the caravan was easy, uncomplicated and Joanne was lovely, nothing was too much and she was quick to put to rest any queries I had, such as best way to obtain park tickets etc., and even provided directions a few days prior to leaving giving that personal touch. The position of the caravan was just right, close enough to the facilities but quiet enough on the night with only a short walk back from the entertainment centre. Even the return of my deposit was back in my bank the same day as we left.....overall 10/10 Try it.......you won't be disappointed

When I was looking for a caravan to stay in at Flamingo Land, I searched the Internet and came across Flamimgolandcaravanrentals.com. I sent Joanne a text enquiring about the availability and price. Joanne got back to me almost immediately. I paid the deposit and the remaining balance 6 weeks before our holiday. Joanne sent all of the paperwork through along with a map showing the location of the caravan. We arrived at the caravan and settled in immediately. The caravan is situated just a 5 minute walk from the entrance of the park. There is a supermarket and laundrette just around the corner. Next door to the supermarket is a holiday village reception which holds information about entertainment, show times etc. Joanne's caravan was very accommodating. A 3 bed caravan with heating in all rooms, a shower room with radiator and separate toilet with wash basin. The kitchen is more than adequate with cooker, fridge and plenty of cupboard space. The living area is very spacious with plenty of seating, tv and gas fire. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning in 2013.

We couldn't find fault with Joanne's caravan (A123 Willowgrove) we have been coming to Flamingo Land for over 20 years and believe me we have stayed in some awful caravans which just spoils your whole experience but stayed at Joannes last year and found it faultless so decided to re- book again this year and we were not disappointed, in fact, I didn't think Joanne could have done any more to make it better, but arrived this year to find a playstation and a great selection of games which gave us grandparents that all important half hour to recharge our batteries... The caravan is immaculate, roomy, everything worked, situated in an ideal spot (approx 5 mins walk from park) and had a good working t.v with very good reception. Joanne sends a text to confirm that you are happy and made us feel yet again very welcome. We are looking at dates to re-book next year and as long as Joanne has this caravan we will look no further.

We stayed in Joannes caravan for four nights beginning of May with our two grandchildren aged 2 and 4. The caravan is situated in a very good spot ,it is quiet but only a few minutes from the park and clubhouse. It is very clean and comfortable with a lot of extra touches like dvds, games and even a PS2. The park and zoo are brilliant for young children and we fully intend to return again and when we do we will definitley use Joanne's caravan. Booking is very easy and efficient and mostly done with a couple of phone calls and emails. Thankyou Joanne we had a great time.

After recently returning home from Flamingoland my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the caravan was a lovely 3 berth with lots of room, well equipped and very clean. Location of the caravan was perfect just 2 minutes walk to supermarket, leisure complex and theme park. Flamingoland itself was a little cold and quiet at this time of year but there was still plenty to do at Theme park, Zoo, Amusments, Eating out lots of choice also Nite entertainment. Choice of Quiz's, Tribute acts Lady Gaga highly recommended. Booking the caravan for me was a lady called Joanne Clark who was extremely pleasant and helpful with constant contact if necessary via text and emails. I was fully informed of all included in the price and would highly recommend Joanne as a caravan lease. I will in future return and will pass on Joanne's caravan details to others, it was reasonably priced for what you got. I couldnt pick a faulty. Fast return of bond was a good point too. Joanne couldn't have been more helpful, the caravan was well equipped & very clean, I've stayed at Flamingo Land several times but in their own caravans & I must say that the position of Joanne's caravan was much better as it was still close to all the amenities but not so near to the noise of the club house etc. Also my bond was put back into my account within a couple of days of my return & that had the week end in it. Thank you Joanne, myself, my 15 year old son & his 3 mates had a wonderful time. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Hi Joanne, first day back to work today after our week away :( We had a fantastic time at Flamingo Land and we were very lucky with the weather – it was lovely (although chilly) the whole week. The caravan was close to the shop, laundrette and park. Where it is sited on Willow Grove was very quiet, and the site was well maintained and clean, the caravan was well equipped and comfortable and easy to keep clean, it was like a home from home, although a bonus would be some where to hang washing. We found it easy to book and the owners seem really friendly and responsive .

The caravan was everything and more as described. Its location is close to all amenities which is fantastic when you have children. We have been to Flamingo Land a number of times over the years for a family break and this was the best time we have ever had. I would recommend Willowgrove A123 to anyone looking to rent a caravan for wonderful family break.

Caravan was clean, tidy and well equipped all round, ie music cds, dvds, books also a PS2 with various games so kids were never bored (I had a 13 yr old). Just back after a second year booking with Joanne. Returned to a spotless caravan that is so well equipped it even had games, dvd and a Playstation that went down great in the wet days. Caravan couldn't be situated better not to far to walk to park and shop but not to close that it's noisy. Booking was a doddle and Joanne updated me everytime I paid money. Brilliant holiday again. Never even got home before I booked for 2012. Can't wait for next year now. Thanks again Joanne your a star.

We have had a fantastic week in Flamingo Land, the caravan was very easy to find and in a good location and only 5 mins from the park entrance. The caravan was very clean and very well equipped, the kids had a great selection of dvds to watch (when they got up to early to go into the park) and we had a view of the nearby play area when the kids went to play of an evening. We made enquiries to a few caravan owners when we first started looking for a holiday and Joanne was by far the most helpful and made the whole booking process very easy, we would highly recommend her caravan for a great family holiday at Flamingo Land.

I found the whole booking experience great Joanne was great and answered all my queries prior to booking. The caravan was ideally situated close to the main park and all eating establishments which was great for us as we had small children. The caravan itself was lovely very modern and had all equipment you could need tv, freeview, kettle, toaster, microwave, right down to a computer console with games and books for children of all ages. I would highly recommend to all family & friends. We had a great stay and would definately use again Thanks from the whole family for a great stay :)

Just back from Flamingo Land and your lovely caravan Joanne. We stayed the first week of July and had a fantastic time! Caravan was easy to find thanks to the map you provided. We found the van very clean and comfy and having the three bedrooms meant we could pop our baby in a room of her own, owing us a full nights sleep (bliss). So glad you had provided coffee because we forgot to pack it lol. The van was in an excellent location, less than 5 mins walk from the swimming pool/swingpark/shop and park entrance! The van had a smashing PS2 with lots of games, board games and a good selection of dvd's (but not toy story 1, sorry again Joanne). it even had a cupboard full of bits and bobs including scissors/cellotape/needle & thread etc! Overall it was super clean, at a great location and had everything we need to make it a great stay. One tip for folks with toddlers/babies, take black blankets, then hang over the curtains to completely black out the rooms, helps with a lie in lol.

Lovely caravan, and perfectly located! Not too close to the attractions that you're bothered by noise but less than 5 minute walk and you're there. The swimming baths was only 2 minute walk in the opposite direction - it was always empty when we went which was great! Good shop also on site for any shopping that you forget (we found it on the pricey side - but other than that it's good). Joanne has really thought of everything for entertaining the kids before heading off out for the evening. The board games and Playstation came in really handy! :-) The evening entertainment was great for the kids, Phil is brilliant with them (whatever you do, DON'T hand over your mobile phone! Lol). Re-Take That provided good entertainment (the guy who plays Mark has a scary resemblance!) Overall, a lovely week away. Joanne is great, extremely helpful and is only a txt/call away if you need her. I'm hoping to book again for next year but get the whole family to go!

We arrived at Flamingo Land on the 28th May 2011 for a weeks holiday and rented Joanne's caravan. It is located in what we thought was one of the best spots at Flamingo Land, with us being regular visitors for over 10 years. It was a 2 min walk from the rides and nightspots and had a handy childrens park right opposite the caravan, which the kids spent a lot of time on after the rides had closed, which meant rest time for the adults :) The caravan itself was lovely, inside and out, paved outside, which comes in handy when it rains, meaning the kids arent getting mud everywhere! Inside was everything that we needed for the week including lounge, dining table, kitchen, fridge freezer, cooker etc, seperate toilet and bathroom and 3 bedrooms and all was spotless when we arrived. Very comfortable and made our stay all that much nicer :) We will definately be renting off Joanne again, 10 out of 10!!

Just stayed at Joannes caravan for a few days and have got to say in all the years that I have been staying at Flamingo Land, (over 20) this has been the cleanest caravan I have stayed in. There was tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning stuff and also 2 keys which made life a lot easier. I received a text from Joanne to let me know when the caravan had been cleaned and ready for us and a follow up text when we left to ask if things were ok. I would highly recommend this caravan and like to thank Joanne for all the little touches which made our break a very welcoming and a positive experience. Just got back from one of the best weekends I've had, 2 adults and 2 children aged under 4. Just arrived home from a lovely week at Flamingo Land. The caravan is in a great location on the park with the launderette, shop, club and park entrance just a few minutes walk away. The caravan is clean, tidy and spacious fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Booking and payment for the caravan couldnt be easier and i will definitely book with Joanne again. We had a minor problem with hot water the first day we arrived as we were the first ones to use it this year but Joanne was only a phone call away and it was sorted that day. Thanks very much joanne for looking after us.

To say we had a great holiday is an understatement...it really was Fantastic. The caravan was immaculate and very spacious. Everything we required was provided, there was even a great selection of DVDs to choose from that kept the kids quiet for an hour or two before heading off to the entertainment club. Having a separate toilet and shower room was a great benefit which meant no disruption. The location of the caravan could not have been better and everything, including the swimming pool could be reached in a 5 minute walk. The time of year we choose, meant we had no more than a ten minute wait for any Ride within the theme park, and although it was mid October we nearly had a perfect week with regards to the weather (only 1 day of rain). If you have not already been we would recommend it, if you have been we recommend you go back, WE WILL. Great value for money. To Joanne thanks for everything and see you next year.

Hi would like to say that we all had a great time, there was plenty to see & do the location of your caravan was great it was close enough to the theme park but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by the club. We found the caravan to be very clean & homely also well equipped we would recommend your van to all our friends & relations as the booking of the caravan was very easy & the support which you provided was great. I would like to make one point that there was not a second key to the van which we found could have been useful as we always didn't want to be going out at the same time. This said it did not make our holiday any less enjoyable. Once again we would like to thank you & hope to be back soon.

The best holiday I have ever had. Cant fault one single part of it. We arrived to the cleanest and most well equipped caravan and it was a pleasure staying in it. Park was amazing and my 1 year old had a blast. Just home and in process of booking for next year cant bear not too. Caravan had everything you could possibly need. Thanks so much Joanne the simple booking and helpful advice was brilliant.

Believe it or not I had never actually stayed in a caravan before so I did not know really what to expect. On arrival at the caravan I was very impressed very clean and tidy. Also I could not believe the size of the caravan being very spacious. The caravan had everything in it that you could possibly think of. My two girls totally enjoyed the theme park, we couldn't get there fast enough every day. The caravan was also very close to the park and to the chinese for my hubby to which he thought was excellent. The entertainment on site was excellent and there was also plenty of places to eat. We did intend to go swimming but never actually got there have to go there next time. HOLIDAY WAS BRILL AND THANKS TO JOANNE FOR ALL HER HELP AND LOVELY CARAVAN.
