Friars Hill Stables

Friars Hill Stables

Friars Hill Stables is a family run business owned by Alison Brown and combines professionalism with a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Situated on the gateway to the North Yorkshire Moors the stables are only a short drive from Scarborough, York, Whitby, Malton and Pickering.

We have a wide range of well schooled horses and ponies to ride for all ages and standards. We have two indoor schools which allows us to ride all year round, come rain or shine. In 1999 we became a Pony Club Approved Centre, so youngsters can take advantage of the Pony Club educational system and their superb insurance, without having to own a pony of their own. With qualified staff to BHS SM and approved Instructors for the Disabled, we do try and cater for all.
